This is not a city service

A commercial site in private hands. It has no tie to Mentor city government, to Lake County, to ODNR, to ODOT or to any other arm of the state. Departmental names and numbers are printed here to be dialled. In more than one scenario on this site the public option is the one that costs nothing, and it is identified precisely so it can be used.

This is not the business doing the work

Bookings happen here; the removal happens elsewhere, by an independent operator. There is no building, no kit and nobody employed, and no one from this site ever visits an address.

No credential is claimed

No permit, cover, accreditation, affiliation, prize, star rating or trading history is claimed on these pages, either for the site or for anyone it books. Nothing written here should be taken as a character reference.

No figure is published

No price appears anywhere on this site. The job has not been seen yet. The operator quotes it before starting.

Finished surfaces

Everything is attempted via openings the structure already provides. Blades do not go into sound drywall, plaster or ceilings as standard practice, and an animal that has ended up beyond any existing route is declared unreachable rather than quietly billed around. Nobody makes good afterwards.

Smell afterwards

Once it is gone the smell stops intensifying and the greater part of it leaves too. Material that absorbed the rest carries on releasing for a fortnight or so. No page here suggests a house is back to normal by teatime.
