Where a Mentor job can be placed
Mentor is the middle of it. The rest of Lake County comes with it, out to the county line in both directions along the lake and south to the Geauga edge.
This is a booking line rather than a branch network, so the honest way to describe the area is by the ZIP codes a job actually goes out to. Those are listed below rather than summarised, because “Greater Cleveland” on a web page has never once told a person with a dead raccoon whether their own street counts.
Lake County, by community
Mentor first, then the communities either side of it along the lake and inland.

- Mentor-on-the-Lake

- Concord
- Willoughby
- Willoughby Hills
- Eastlake
- Willowick
- Wickliffe
- Kirtland
- Timberlake
- Lakeline
- Grand River

- Perry
- North Perry
The ZIP codes
If yours is on this list, the job can be placed without a second conversation about geography.
44060 · 44061 · 44045 · 44057 · 44077 · 44081 · 44092 · 44094 · 44095 · 44096 · 44097
An address just past the edge
The county line is a real boundary for this site and a soft one for a van. An address a few miles the wrong side of it is worth asking about; whether it works depends on the day and on where else the operator is already going. What will not happen is a promise on this page that quietly becomes a no on the phone.
Two things are worth knowing before you ring. Inside the city, a dead animal lying in a Mentor street is not a job for anyone private — the city has a route for that, and it costs nothing. And a carcass cannot go out with the household or bulk waste in Mentor, which is the wall most people hit before they start looking for a number.
Questions about the area
My address is in Lake County but not on this list. Can it still be booked?
Ask. The list is the ZIP codes jobs are routinely placed in, not a fence. An address a short run outside it is a question about that particular day rather than a flat no, and the call settles it in under a minute.
Why does the list stop at the Lake County line?
Because that is where this site can answer honestly. Coverage in the counties either side belongs to different arrangements, and quoting a Cuyahoga or Geauga address from here would be guessing at somebody else’s availability.
Do you cover rentals and commercial property, or only houses people own?
Any private property in the area: an owned house, a rental, an apartment building, a business unit, a church, a vacant lot. What decides the job is where the animal is and whether it can be reached, not the kind of building or who holds the deed.
