Privacy
There are two ways to reach this site and each one collects something different. Both are set out below in full.
The form
Four things: a name, a phone number, which of five situations is closest, and an optional line describing it. That is the whole visible form. It asks for no address, no email, no payment detail and no identity document, and it never will — the address is settled on the callback, where it can be checked against the area the operator actually covers.
Travelling with it, out of sight, are the page you submitted from, your entry page, whatever site sent you, and any tracking parameters on the link. All of that characterises the visit, not the person, and without it there is no way to tell which pages generate actual jobs.
The phone number
The number published here is a tracking number. Calls to it are recorded, and the recording is kept along with the calling number, the time, the length of the call and the approximate location your carrier reports. If you would rather not be recorded, send the form and say so, or ask for a direct line when the operator rings you back.
Who gets it
The independent operator covering the address, so they can call you and quote the work. A copy goes to the inbox that runs this site. That is the entire distribution list.
Nothing here is sold, and nothing is passed to a lead exchange that resells the same enquiry to several contractors. One enquiry reaches one operator.
Browser storage and tracking
No advertising cookie is set and no third-party tracking pixel loads. A single value is written to session storage so the site remembers the page you first landed on; it dies with the tab. Web fonts are fetched from Google, which therefore sees your IP address the way it does across most of the web.
Retention, and getting it removed
Enquiries and call records are held while they are needed to deal with the job and to confirm the routing worked, then cleared. You can have yours removed sooner: call 440-664-2434 or send the form and ask. It will be done.
Children
Not aimed at children, and nothing is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
If this changes
A revised version replaces this page. There is no archive of earlier versions and no notice is sent.
