There are two ways to use this site and both are covered by what follows.

What you are using

A booking and advertising line for private-property dead animal work around Mentor and Lake County. It is not a removal firm. There is no office here, nobody on a payroll and nothing in a driveway. Your call or your form goes to an independent operator who covers the address.

Who the agreement is with

With that operator. They quote the job, decide whether they will take it, choose when they can get to it, and hold whatever insurance and permits they hold. This site takes no payment, is not a party to the arrangement, and cannot bind the operator to a price, a time or a result.

What is deliberately not promised

No arrival window, no same-day attendance, no availability, no price and no guaranteed outcome. Those belong to the operator and depend on the day. A carcass sealed somewhere with no route to it may not be recoverable, and searching does not always end in finding.

Nothing published here speaks to an operator’s paperwork, cover, qualifications or track record. Put those questions to them directly on the callback.

The municipal detail on these pages

Public bodies quietly alter their remit and their phone numbers. Every municipal or state detail on these pages reflects what was published on the day it was read, and it appears here so you can go and use it — not least in the cases where the public route is free and this one is not. Check with the body concerned before you act on it. This is not legal advice.

Using the site properly

Entering another person’s contact details, pushing scripted or promotional traffic through the form, and copying these pages elsewhere are all off limits. The text and its arrangement are this site’s own.

Liability

The site is offered as it stands. So far as the law permits, it is not answerable for work an operator did or declined, for what they charged, for a delay, or for reliance on a municipal detail that has since moved. Ohio law governs.
